He could hear it, the bloody figure walking behind him over nimble feet. Then his eyes were forced to close as cold, bony fingers covered his sight. Nails like claws buried deep into his cheek as she breathed softly, surely bloody lips drawn into that scornful smile he both loved and detested.
And then she was gone, back into the sweet torments of his mind. And then, like venom, she left him on the floor, dead and strangely calm.
I had to get this out of my head.
I know, I'm weird.
