Is that sea salt that you've used for the ice on your face? It looks very authentic.
Your makeup is wonderful, I wouldn't mind seeing the lip color a bit darker though, to match the darkeness around your eyes.
I find the text on the ice (is that ice?) you are holding to be a bit distracting. People usually associate love with warm colors, so that juxtaposition of emotions may have been your intention. But I think the photo would be a bit stronger overall without the text. Maybe it would add some mystery?
There are a few minor spots on your throat that I think could be retouched out of there.
All and all I think this is a spectacular image!
