The eyes immediately capture ones attention with the intensity. The values are all portrayed correctly. The only negative thing I can think of, is the neck, and its not even bad, It's all looks smudged and blurred together, but you can still see the definite foundation, the color bones, and the tendons of the neck. The hair is well done as well, although, could use a few more highlighted areas to help it stand out a tad more. I like the expression chosen, and the fact that it was a self portrait. Overall, very nice work. Keep striving to improve! Wonderful.

When your eyes catch this picture, you just can't bring yourself to look away. Seems even more like her eyes catches you, not the other way around.

The shape of the eyes is perfect, and perfectly accented by professional make up. The shape of the eyebrows is also perfect, and perfectly express the mood of the model. And the perfect shape of lips without any strong impression also adds a hint of silent magic in this photo.

It's great that you kept and even maybe highlighted some small skin imperfections on the face, it makes the picture look alive, like this young beautiful woman is standing in front of you now, and you can even see your own reflection in her eyes. And this effect of the flying single hair in front of her face adds to this feeling.

Yes, I have to agree with previous critique - the neck is too blurry, I would rather keep it more detailed.

However, this is magnificent portrait, and I salute to the artist for creating such a powerful art.
