Even as blood drips down this girls mouth, her whole facial expression holds a sense of remorse and regret that tugs at your heart. It shows regretfulness in her eyes and it's simply wonderful!
It holds what is somewhat elagant as well, she clearly looks as if she had dressed for a special occasion, with her hair pulled back (I believe I even see feathers), eye liner, and juicy red lips, but her night seems ruined.
To me it holds something of a fantastical feel; To me, she seems a vampire (although I suppose it could be any blood drinking creature) who has killed someone which she had rather not, and is now pleading with either someone else or is astonished at herself.
The one thing I would consider fixing is that on length of hair, the one that covers her right eye, seems rather.. fake. I don't know if it only appears that way to me, or if it is obvious to all, but that is what I see. That is not however why I only gave you a 4.5 on Technique; That was because the blood on her skin appears watered down and not so much smeared, which is what I assume was the goal. maybe i am being a bit harsh for a picture that is so wonderful, and I apologize if I am, but something about the way the blood appears bothers me, although it still has the desired effect.
Those are the only blemishes (by my opinion at least) in this wonderful work!
