First of all, I love this work. It's beautiful. I don't know if the title was supposed to be a reference to Pretty Little Liars, but it made it that much more effective. So beautiful!

One thing I love is the face. You always get the face absolutely perfect. It's not even just the eyes... it's the combination of eyes, lips, eyebrows, hands, everything. Stunning work.

In everything I almost wished for a taller crop, because I kind of missed the top of your head! It sounds silly, but I just did. Of course, the good in this artwork FAR outweighs the negative, so you should be very proud. You always leave me craving more <3

This is my first critique, I'm sorry. I love the stark contrasts in this. Her hair and skin against the black background, but matching the white tile. The way the red blood contrasts with the tile, but matches her lips. The posture and expression gives the idea of fear or guilt, and her wide eye(s) only help with that, like she got caught doing something. Her facial structure, the way her lips and eyes are shaped, gives the impression of innocence, but the blood rules that out entirely. The photo overall makes me feel tense, almost stressed, like there's more going on than we can see.
