Fotos del mismo campo de amapolas, del año pasado, con Elena, que es guapísima. Costó mucho hacer esta fotografía (los pétalos del aire tenía que tirarlos yo), pero valió la pena, un día precioso.

Once again, from last year, this poppy field with the gorgeous Elena. It was hard to take this picture(I had to throw the petals in the air), biut it was all worthy. It was a beautiful day.

This is absolutely spectacular work! Everything in this (manipulated) photograph seems so perfectly balanced. The plants look quite desaturated which makes the red flowers pop out even more; it looks so sharp and dynamic.

I could barely imagine this photograph working this well with a model with any other hair color than auburn. The half-hidden face in combination with the ominous looking sky makes this a rather eerie image, though not at all gloomy. The subtle purple tones in the background is a fantastic addition which also adds depth.

Another thing I find very well thought-out is the dress; the white really pops out as if the girl is just about to leave this dream-world and enter "our" — in comparison with this photograph perhaps even dull — world.

Even the placement and color of the signature is perfect to me. I rarely find a photograph I find so striking and well balanced.
