There is SUCH a story behind this. Is she drowning? Does she live in the water? Was she simply floating by herself and felt something..or..realized something horrible? So much available to the imagination...Its really not just about making a pretty picture. Photography is abut interrpretation and this piece, is beautifully done.
I love your [trademark] boldly shaped/red lips. You yourself as the model has done a terrific job with this.
One of the few things i constructively critique about this piece is that your nose looks a little too smudged, in a photoshop way. You probably already know, but as an advisory this piece is so full of life do not take away from that by making it look fake.
I also urge you to continue studies with incorporaating water with your photography. The experience can be very rewarding. Water is a really good subject to work with.

THIS IS AMAZING! It sends shivers up the viewer's spine. It makes you wish the view on the camera was panned out! Just to see that else is going on here. The lips make the whole picture stand out from the rest. Her eyes make the whole picture even scarier. You can tell she's really frightened, because you can see the sweat hanging on her face. Deep down in the depths of that water, is something scary. And she doesn't want to see it. This piece is beautiful. And you deserve Daily Deviant! Really, and all around amazing job! I hope to see more things of yours soon!
